For Immediate Release: May 1, 2018. SupraVISTA is now under new management.

The SupraVISTA Medical DSS, LLC (“Company”), an Ohio registered company based in Bidwell, Ohio, announced transfer of all assets of the Company, including the Company name, to its new owners.

Effective today (May 01, 2018), the previous owner (Jasvinder K. Mavi, based in Bidwell, Ohio) transferred all assets-30px and ownership of the Company to the Barrack family based in Northern Virginia. The new owner has duly registered this business name with State Corporation Commission in Commonwealth of Virginia (SCC ID: S7463708).

The Barrack family has proud history of serving in armed forces of United States. The Barrack family members have served in WW-II, Vietnam war as well as during peace-time.

The Barrack family has high commitment to Veterans’ well-being. In that spirit, we are committed to providing the highest quality software products and services to enhance healthcare services for our Veterans.
